Helpful Trick: Removing online data

Publicly visible text/images often aren’t properly removed even when you succeed in removing an account. Try editing or removing them manually before removing the account itself. The above method doesn’t work any longer.
I tried to have them remove my info by contacting through the email given on their site and received a form response that said “This information will not be removed as these types of information are considered “public records” under the law, which means that anyone has the right to access them.”
They want people to pay a membership fee for removal of personal information.
I finally got results when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Also contact them through the email address beginning “removalrequests” followed by “(at)”. Not the “membersupport” email they list on their site.
