Remove your ConsumerReport.org account

To remove your online account, please follow these steps: •   Click your My Account link
•   Login with your username and password
•   Click the “Cancel Subscription” link. For monthly subscriptions, no refunds are issued. For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund will be issued. If you experience any difficulties canceling your subscription, please feel free to call our Online Subscription Department at 1-800-333-0663 Monday through Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm EST, and Saturday 9:30am – 6:00pm EST. iPad Subscribers You can change or cancel your subscription through your iTunes account. If you are accessing the Consumer Reports Magazine iPad app as part of your print subscription there is no need to cancel your iPad access. Once your print subscription has ended you will no longer have access to future iPad editions
