How to remove your Boingo account

From their FAQ:

Simply visit boingo.com/myaccount and choose “Cancel Subscription”. Select your current plan type from the list provided and follow the “Cancel my subscription.” link. Just complete and submit the resulting form with your email, first name, last name, and Boingo username, and we’ll switch your account to “AsYouGo” status in 3 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation number when this is complete. If this option is not available for your plan type, or you wish to completely cancel your account, you may call or email Customer Care (see for all tel/email options: https://www.boingo.com/contact-boingo.php )

Helpful Trick: Removing online data

Publicly visible text/images often aren’t properly removed even when you succeed in removing an account. Try editing or removing them manually before removing the account itself. If you’re unsure what happens to your tracks: this can be found mostly in the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy; otherwise you can always contact Boingo and ask personally. By the way, removal requests don’t necessarily mean your data will actually be removed (e.g. due to legal obligations).
