How to remove your Bol.com account

Helaas, bol.com heeft graag nieuwe klanten erbij, maar maakt het erg lastig om van je account af te komen. De oplossing volgens bol.com: “U kunt u uw account niet zelf opheffen en ik kan dat helaas ook niet voor u doen. U kunt daarvoor het beste bellen met de bol.com Klantenservice 0900-2025438 (0,15 euro pm, openingstijden) of een e-mail sturen naar klantenservice@bol.com.”

 

 

Helpful Trick: Removing online data

Publicly visible text/images often aren’t properly removed even when you succeed in removing an account. Try editing or removing them manually before removing the account itself. If you’re unsure what happens to your tracks: this can be found mostly in the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy; otherwise you can always contact Bol.com and ask personally. By the way, removal requests don’t necessarily mean your data will actually be removed (e.g. due to legal obligations).
