How to remove your Grepolis account

From the FAQ: “If you ever wish to delete your account, you may do so by going to “Settings” and then to the “Delete Account” tab. You will need to enter your password to authorise the removal of the account. It takes approximately 7 days for the account to delete. However, it will only delete the account on the world you authorised it to. The account and progress on other worlds will remain intact.”

Helpful Trick: Removing online data

Publicly visible text/images often aren’t properly removed even when you succeed in removing an account. Try editing or removing them manually before removing the account itself. If you’re unsure what happens to your tracks: this can be found mostly in the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy; otherwise you can always contact Grepolis and ask personally. By the way, removal requests don’t necessarily mean your data will actually be removed (e.g. due to legal obligations).
