How to remove yourself from MyLife
MyLife publishes "Reputation Profiles" with public records, reviews and background details. It has faced FTC action over its practices, and removal can be slow.
- Submit a CCPA request at mylife.com/ccpa/index.pubview, or
- Email optout@mylife.com with "Remove my profile", your full name, age, and state.
- Allow up to 30 days. If ignored, file a complaint with your state attorney general — MyLife has a history of enforcement actions.
Data brokers re-acquire records from public sources — re-check your listing every 3–6 months.
