How to remove your PokerStars account
We couldn’t find any info on closing your account on the PokerStars website (which is bad). However, this tip we found somewhere might help.
Send an email to: support@pokerstars.com. Address the CC: address to your own email so you receive a copy. Put “Close account” in the subject line. Politely request to have your account closed and provide a brief explanation. Include your PokerStars username and email address that you used when joining the website.
Please share your experiences. We’re no poker players (nor we will ever be) so we cannot confirm the above. Greylisted for now.
Helpful Trick: Removing online data
Publicly visible text/images often aren’t properly removed even when you succeed in removing an account. Try editing or removing them manually before removing the account itself. If you’re unsure what happens to your tracks: this can be found mostly in the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy; otherwise you can always contact PokerStars and ask personally. By the way, removal requests don’t necessarily mean your data will actually be removed (e.g. due to legal obligations).
Helpful Trick: Remove third-party logins
If you signed up for PokerStars using a third-party login such as Facebook or Twitter, you probably want to revoke all access from PokerStars. Click here to find out how.
