How to remove your SurveyMonkey account

To delete your account, contact the support team.

Fill out the email form found here: https://help.surveymonkey.com/contact-us

Please include in your message that you confirm you would like the account permanently removed or disassociated which will clear the data and free up the username for other future users. This action can’t be undone! In these requests, please include your username “I confirm I’d like (my username) permanently removed/disassociated.”

Helpful Trick: Removing online data

Publicly visible text/images often aren’t properly removed even when you succeed in removing an account. Try editing or removing them manually before removing the account itself. If you’re unsure what happens to your tracks: this can be found mostly in the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy; otherwise you can always contact SurveyMonkey and ask personally. By the way, removal requests don’t necessarily mean your data will actually be removed (e.g. due to legal obligations).
