How to remove your Zimbio account
For some reason, you cannot remove your account automatically.
From their FAQ:
How do I delete my account?
Just drop us an email at support@zimbio.com, and we’ll make it happen. Send the email from the same email account you used to set up your Zimbio account and include your username. This is to verify you’re the correct account holder. Same goes for changing your username. Send us an email.
Helpful Trick: Removing online data
Publicly visible text/images often aren’t properly removed even when you succeed in removing an account. Try editing or removing them manually before removing the account itself. If you’re unsure what happens to your tracks: this can be found mostly in the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy; otherwise you can always contact Zimbio and ask personally. By the way, removal requests don’t necessarily mean your data will actually be removed (e.g. due to legal obligations).
